How to setup fan speed to lowest possible?

   English is not my native. =)

I just got mb asrock 350 PRO4. i have case fan with pwm 600-1800RPM and cpu fan scythe shuriken rev.B pwm with 650-2200 RPM. Currently i cant find way to set them at lowest rpm, i want case fan to run at 600 rpm, currently got 850 minimum and 850-900 at cpu fan - cant get lower. MB has firmware 2.6
