I have been monitoring my voltages on my 13700k. I have noticed that I get higher voltages on Bios default than on Performance. Mind you, Bios Default has ICCMAX: 307A
Power Limit 1 (PL1) 253w
Power Limit 2 (PL2) 253w
And Performance has
ICCMAX: 400A
Power Limit 1 (PL1)253w
Power Limit 2 (PL2)253w

Also Performance has other settings in the bios that you will think that voltages would be higher. But it?™s the other way around. Bios Default has lower settings but higher Voltages.
