M.2 SSD as boot drive on Z170 Extreme6

      I'm putting together a new system build, based on the 
aforementioned mobo. I'm prepared to use a standard SATA 2.5" SSD for 
the boot disk, but I'd prefer to use an M.2 SSD instead. Will this mobo 
support that? Are there and particular types/brands of M.2-SSDs that I 
should use, or specific ones I should avoid? Any input from your 
experience/knowledge-base would be appreciated.
