Fatal1ty Z370 Gaming K6 Rear USB-C Issues

   Is anyone facing issues with the rear USB-C port on the Z370 K6 connecting your USB-C phone (in my case Pixel 2 XL)?My problem is that when I plug it into my phone, I need to wait 5-10 minutes before it connects and starts charging. 
I have already tried troubleshooting with:
Different USB-C to USB-C cables
Removing all other USB connections
Resetting UEFI configuration
Connecting the phone while in UEFI screen
Power cycling my PC
I'm pretty sure it is not an issue with my phone, as connecting USB-A to USB-C works perfectly.

Just want to know if anyone else has experienced a similar issue before I RMA this motherboard.
