I get the debug led code 40 constantly, all I can find is that it's memory issues, I've reseated modules and cpu, my memory runs perfectly at rated speed, no issues in games, aida, or prime95
memory is g.skill trident z 16gb 3200mhz cl 14

Anyone know more? Should I worry about it?

01 - 54 (except 0d), 5A - 60: Problem related to memory. Please re-install the CPU and memory then clear CMOS. If the problem still exists, please install only one memory module or try using other memory modules.

i have those rams too...mobo has cold boot issues at rates over 2933mhz
u may try to fidle with vsoc or vddo_vddp voltages to have less fails at cold boot

Zschmitt95, that is a progress code and nothing to worry about:
"40 - OEM post memory initialization codes"
Please see here: http://forum.hwbot.org/showthread.php?t=16017

Same with 24? These are the only two I've seen, and as I said. I've had no issues with the system still.

Apologize for the noobish questions, never had a debug led on board before.
I appreciate the help!(:

well...if u pass post and can boot, u shouldnt worry about debug codes...
they are here in case your system freezes at some point, so u can see why it failed
just because it shows you some number (even for longer period) doesnt mean its bad
in my case i had long waiting time on b4 post (usb init) and found out memory card reader at fault here, but either way it was working, just it prolonged boot time about 10 seconds until i replaced it with another one (as it had some random drive disconnects in windows)
