Ab350gaming k4 questions

   Hi
 I have chosen a cooler master case for my build that doesn't have an internal dvd room enclosure which is a pain but nothing I can do about that now. 
So I'm very much hoping that the USB ports on motherboard are live straight away so that I can load Windows 10 from a flash drive I'm wondering if only specific ones are LIVE? if they are all powered? or if I need to enable this function in the UEFI
