Z370 extreme 4 new build will not boot

   new z370 extreme 4 build will not boot, no beeps --nothing 
black screen monitor 
motherboard lights are on along with all fans running 
tried using just 1 stick in all 4 slots, CMOS reset 
also unplugged the GPU, power supply is new corsair tx850m
double checked all power connection for CPU and main everything is in, any suggestion??  TIA

basic are.. 
g skill ddr 4 F4-3200C16D 16GTZ  (listed compatible) 
I3 8350K (series 300)
GTX 980

	I had similar problem with my i7-8700k and Asrock Z370 Extreme4. I investigated, and it turned out that I had a twisted socket pin. I used a needle and a magnifying glass and 20 minutes later the pin was back to normal and I was able to boot and didn't have any problems since then. It may worth to check the socket pins.
