b550m-c stuck on bios after roblox mod

   Hey All
 I have a 2-year-old ibuypower machine.  It's got an M.2 8gb ddr4-2666 ram and it running windows 11.  

However, after my neighbor's kid modded Roblox they got a green screen, and then poof nothing. 

I have put the RAM in another machine - works
I have put the nvidia card in another machine - works
I have put the M.2 into a new machine does not boot to OS
i have put a working SSD in the machine  and it does boot to OS
I have put my test nvidia card in this machine and it does not boot to OS

After the tried and true pull the CMOS battery for 3 min I can get this box to boot to the bios but i get about 4 seconds in and it freezes. The mouse & keyboard don't work on any USB port. They light up and then immediately freeze. 

All i know is the kid downloaded a mod for roblox gorilla tag from github, installed it and poof.   

20 years working on machines and this one has me stumped.
