Dear Atheist,

Greetings, this is ASRock TSD.

We would like to provide two suggestions for verifying.

1. Please re-install the ASRock RGB LED ver:1.0.29 to verify.
Step 1. Please remove utility firstly via control panel
Step 2. Restart the system and download ASRock RGB LED ver:1.0.29
Step 3. Re-install the utility

2. Please adjust LED controller under the BIOS.
Path: BIOS\Tool\LED Controller

Thanks!

All the best,
ASRock TSD

Also make sure your strip is connected properly to the header, I had similar issues with mine at first. It turned out I had it connected upside down then when I corrected it I hadn't pushed it in all the way and it was making poor contact (tough to get to in my build).
