Just built a PC using a Ryzen 5 1600 and the AB350M Pro 4 and it wont display anything through my monitor.

I am using:
CPU -Ryzen 5 1600
Motherboard - AB350M Pro 4
Video Card - Zotac GeForce GTX1060 6GB
RAM- Crucial 2x8GB Ram CT2K8G4DFD824A
PSU - Corsair CXM450W
Monitor - ASUS VC239H

I've already checked that the two cable from my PSU are plugged into my motherboard correctly and that the PSU to Video card cable is also inserted correctly. I have tried using each stick or RAM individually in each of the four slots. When I power on, the system speaker does not beep. (It does with no RAM inserted) The CPU Fan Spins and the Video Card Fan Spins. (Video Card Fan eventually stops spinning but the CPU fan continues to Spin.
I've applied enough pressure to the RAM sticks on both sides to ensure they are inserted properly.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

PS. I suspect it may be the RAM not being compatible but I am not sure.
