Extra header on ASRock Z370 gaming-itx/ac mobo

 received this board and I notice it has an extra header not mentioned 
anywhere in the manual.  This is my first build in a few years, so maybe
 it is something I should just obviously recognize, but I do not.  

It is a white 8-pin header next to what is labeled the "chassis 
intrusion header."  It is clearly visible as the only white header in

	In that same photo, there is also an unmarked header just to the right of the chipset heatsink. What is that one used for?
