Z370 Gaming-ITX/ac ALC1220 Optical SPDIF 5.1/7.1

   OK, I've got the Fatal1ty Z370 Gaming-ITX/ac with "new" ALC1220 codec and I cannot get 5.1 audio out of the Realtek digital out (Optical SPDIF).  It only works through analog outputs on the rear io panel.  I don't see Optical 5.1 or 7.1 options in both Realtek HD Audio Manager and in Windows 10 playback devices under Realtek Digital Output Properties.  I've spent hours trying to fix this and still it does not work.
