I recently bought ASRock AB350M PRO4 motherboard and got a question.
Is it normal for the vrm to have 98C, and what can i do against the throttle?
Is it also affect my 1600X cpu or GTX1060 vga?
Please tell me, I want to have system good performance.

Dear linvaten,

Greetings, this is ASRock TSD.

Regarding your question, we provide some suggestions for verifying:

1. Please enter the BIOS setup and then press [F9] to load BIOS default setting to verify.

2. Please adjust the Chassis and CPU FAN to Full speed under BIOS H/W Monitor page to verify.

3. Please install other SSD/HDD with clean OS installed to verify.

4. Please use Instant Flash to update BIOS P3.30 to verify.

5. If possible, please install additional cooler/Fan for better heat dissipation to verify.

6. If possible, please install another CPU/VGA card to verify.

Thanks!

All the best,
ASRock TSD

Don't worry, it's not actually 98c.
I've measured it with an IR thermometer, and it's nowhere even close to what the sensors report.
