M2 SSD Question

nikescomputers, please post a complete list of your specifications in your signature as I have.  The only Toshiba SSD on the QVL list is TL100-25SATA3-240G.  This may or may not mean anything.  Do each work in each socket one at a time?  I used to have the same board with two M.2 Ultra Samsung 960 EVO SSDs and had no problems.  It is not on the QVL list either.  I think here is your problem:

1 x Ultra M.2 Socket (M2_1), supports type 2242/2260/2280 M.2 SATA3 6.0 Gb/s module and M.2 PCI Express module up to Gen3 x4 (32 Gb/s)* 1 x M.2 Socket (M2_2), supports type 2230/2242/2260/2280 M.2 PCI Express module up to Gen2 x4 (20 Gb/s)*

Looks like M2_2 socket only supports M.2 PCIe modules and not SATA.  Is this where the socket your's is not detected?   Enjoy, John.
