Dear Strifing_Crow, Greetings, this is ASRock TSD. We test on X399 Professional Gaming with BIOS P2.00. When pressing [F11] enter to boot menu, the screen displays properly. Thus, we provide some suggestions for verifying: 1. Please refer to the user manual to clear CMOS. (page 29) 2. Please only install CPU, one stick RAM and VGA to verify. Just use simplest system configuration to check if the symptom still remains. If not, please install other devices back one by one to check. 3. Please refer to user manual page 30 to re-flash BIOS P2.00 by [Flashback] button. Thanks! All the best, ASRock TSD |

It is probable not an UEFI Bios bug.
There might be an orphaned UEFI boot entry in your system that points to a location where it no longer exists. Try this tool: Check for orphaned entries and remove them (if you are still able too boot windows). The same thing can be done under linux. See efibootmgr here. |
