ASRock A320M DGS freezing - locking up even at idl

See the 4 gray squares just to the left of the round silver coin battery?
There are 7 on this board, mine only has 4....

Anyway....they are getting REALLY HOT.   Like 95C at idle.
The baord is freezing and I have to shut it down and restart it.
Whats up with this?

	Those are the Voltage Regulation Modules. Are you water cooling?
