H110 Pro BTC + not reading GPU?�s

   Asrock H110 Pro BTC+ problem.

Starting my second build using RX 580?�s and now all of a sudden my mob won?�t recognize GPU from riser, reads GPU fine when directly plugged into mob. I?�ve tried 12 different risers that I have working on another rig so I know the risers aren?�t bad.

When I have one GPU plugged directly into mob it works, I shutdown and add second GPU via powered riser and it not only doesn?�t read second GPU, it makes first GPU that?�s directly plugged into mob not work either. 

I?�ve been racking my brain for 3 days trying to figure this out. I?�ve tried gen 1, gen 2, auto. 3g in enabled. Cleared cmos. Even tried another brand new mob and same issue. First mob mentioned  was originally used on first build.
