Black screen on new H110 PRO BTC+

   I have a brand new H110 PRO BTC+.
I connected VGA, via riser, SSD, and all to powersupply, but I see no signal in the screen.
The monitor is connected to the 1080ti.

What else did I do?
I also removed the battery and put it back in. Still the same issue.
I unplugged the SSD, so that now the only thing plugged in is the riser and the VGA and the CPU fan.
I did CMOS clearing 15 minutes. But nothing. I will retry 4 hours.

What else can I try?
