Hi,

my new board seems to have a few noise problems. There's a constant hissing and whistling noise. I've checked fans, GPU and PSU - they're quiet. It's a really silent noise but still clearly annoying. I've noticed, that it gets really loud if I enable C states in the UEFI. If any C state is activated, there's also an additional "scratching" noise. As soon as I disable C states, it disappears and is silent again but the hissing whistling is still there. I tried to record it but I haven't got any mic equipment that was capable of making a useful recording of that.

I don't know if that's the audio or something else, it's almost impossible to say from where on the board it's actually coming from.
