No display in H110 Pro BTC+

All power cords connected to motherboard (24 pin and CPU power). 
CPU fan spinning, ethernet light on, usb ports not working, no display. Connection used is DVI to HDMI. 

Tried the following and did not work.

1. Chaging RAM slots, changing actual RAM
2. Taking out GPU, starting with and without GPU
3. Resetting CMOS

I really do not know what the problem is. Is it a faulty motherboard?

	This is a brand new motherboard. I tried everything nothing works. I hope the administrator of the group see this. I seen other posts with the same problem, but no solution.
