Fatal1ty X299 i9 CPU Fan Speed & Turbo Boost 3

   I have just today set up a new system with Fatal1ty X299 Pro Gaming i9 and 7900X and have a couple of issues.
1) CPU radiator fans seem to be running flat out, and I think this only started happening after I installed the Motherboard drivers and utilities from the supplied DVD.  Cooling is by a Cooler Master 280mm AIO and the case is Cosmos II

2) I am not able to get Turbo Boost 3 running, and get a window with ITBM Driver Not Available Exiting application error message.

	OK I have sorted out the fan speed. The CPU is at 30°C with the fans at about 20% The fan speed is tracking CPU temperature nicely.
