Yesterday I wrote about bios mistery (unsaving settings) and APU throttling - http://forum.asrock.com/forum_posts.asp?TID=7834&title=2400g-troubles-bios-mysteries-igp-throttling
Finally I found the solution how to fix these issues on Asrock ab350 itx and 2400g.

How to fix APU throttling and unsaving settings
Go to the Bios (press DEL when system starts) -> Reset settings and reboot -> Go to OC Tweak tab -> Change CPU frequency HIGHER than base clock (ex. 3625) -> change voltage (ex. 1.25) -> Save and reboot.
Now IGP will not bounce anymore and have stable frequency. Games stutters will disappear.

After that all unbios tools will work fine. Download F-Stream Tuning utility and OC or Underclock your CPU. You can OC your IGP on the Ryzen Master.

Personally I use it for underclocking because have very tiny build. My 2400G working now at 3.4ghz@1.03v

I hope it helps!

Hi

The reason that is working is because by altering the CPU base clockspeed up from the 3600 the boost funktionality will be turned off. The boost funktionality is creating the stuttering.

I have just enabled the boost funktionality in the BIOS. Then the CPU is also allowed to clock down when idle and not forced to stay fixed at the high clock.

I dont care that I dont get the boost funktionality because the CPU is already fast and not the critical factor at play (unless you primarily do CPU stressing kind of works which the majority dont). It is the GPU that needs to get pushed as far as possible and that is much easier when the CPU is not creating heat etc from flying all over the place.
