I have a Z270 Taichi and when ever I have something plugged into the back USB Ports("Keyboard, Mouse, MIC etc" they seem to always have power delivered to them even when the computer is off how do I stop this?

Dear Asteriskutility,

Thank you for choosing ASRock.

Regarding your case, set deep sleep option to enable can turn off the USB power when system shutdown.

BIOS path: Advanced > Chipset Configuration > Deep Sleep

Please follow the below steps to set up.

1.       Get into UEFI BIOS.

2.       Select Advanced menu.

3.       Select Chipset Configuration.

4.       Set Deep Sleep to enabled.

5.       Press F10 to save the configuration.

After all, the USB power will be turned off after system shutdown.

Thank you!

Yours truly,

ASRock TSD

Try this, this trics work well, insya Allah.

Also please try the suggestions below to disable the Fast Startup setting.
1. To disable Fast Startup, go to Start > Control Panel > Power Options and
click "Choose what the power buttons do" from the column on the left.
2. Scroll down to "Shutdown settings" and uncheck the box for "Turn on fast
   startup".
3. Click the "Save changes" button to apply the changes.
4. After the setting is applied, please shut down and see if the light will go
   off.

With thanks,
