AB350 GAMING K4 Deep sleep doesn't work?

I have a question: why, after going to power off my pc with WIN10, the USBs headset of my motherboard still remain on?

Dear Xyothine,

Greetings, this is ASRock TSD.


1.  Please follow the steps as below of Power Option under Windows:
Step 1. Open the Power Option item in control panel.
Step 2. Click the Choose what the power button do link.
Step 3. Click Change settings that are currently unavailable.
Step 4. Clear the Turn on fast startup (recommend) check box.
Step 5. Click Save changes.
 
2. Please follow the steps as below of power off USB device under BIOS:
Step 1. Please press hotkey Delete during POST to get into BIOS.
Step 2. Please click South Bridge configuration under Advanced.
Step 3. Please click Deep sleep to Enabled.
Step 4. Click hotkey F10 to save change.
 
After above setting, the system will turn off the USB port power.
