I do not agree, because you are saying your Empirical knowledge beats my "suspecting".
You guys have fun.  I will stay away from these APUs where  "suspecting" no longer works.
An observation:  the posters on this forum are getting more and more unfriendly!
Enjoy, John.

So, what would you suggest me to do?

I'm at a point where I could spill a bottle of water on the mobo to make it work if someone more experienced than me would tell to do so.

Should I return the mobo and ask for a new one? Or according to what you can understand from my screenshots, is just a driver-windows compatibility issue?

And I guess that nobody wanted to say that you are selling s"*! With your suggestions, since you have ways more experience than me in troubleshooting and ryzen-related problem solving.

cubebucket, I really do not want to desert you but obviously, stree is better prepared to help you on these APU boards.  I have an X399 and before that an X370.  I hope you have read datonyb's guide (I have not).  He is really good - you could even PM him.  I also hope you know that this is a user forum and seldom does an ASRock employee post.  I SUSPECT something is not right with your board simply because I have seen none of your problem here.  I suggest you open a Support Ticket with ASRock, refer them to this thread and see what they want to do (RMA?).  In the meantime, perhaps stree can get you going.  Good luck and enjoy, John.

OK,  sorry you took it that way John, not what I intended, if my language was clumsy I apologise.
I simply mean that  I  did have the drivers graphics ( 7.7 vers) first and then installed chipset, and the chipset drivers (7.10 vers) overwrote the radeon drivers, and I had problems.......I then found lots of examples where this had happened and the solution of the installation order. So I had found out  in practice and that is very convincing , for me at least!
I was just trying to stress that suspecting the order was of little or no consequence was not what I found, and others had gone the same route.
I am really sorry if you thought I was being unfriendly, I assure you I was not! I respect your knowledge and always read your contributions and find them helpful and useful.
I hope we can get square on tthis one.

Thanks, stree!  We are square!  I did go too far.  But, I know little about these APUs, have never built one and do not know their special requirements, so I will stay away until I learn more or completely run out of other things to do.  I do think it is time for cubebucket to contact ASRock.  Thanks and enjoy, John.

OK John, great!
Yup these new APUs are a real bag of monkeys, but daily getting understood and updates addressing issues, and they obviously have great potential.  But can be quite a lot to get your head around, so poor old codebucket  is at the rough end of the road, but I am sure he will be running a bit more smoothly before very long.

Codebucket,
Have a good read of the DatonyB post, it really covers a lot of ground, but start as you just said, Copy of win 10 64  1709  install,  just take it a step at a time... I will help where I can, but I learned all I know about these APUs from the guys on here, main thing is to think things through and take it steady. Tortoise and the hare and all that.

OK good, thanks, stree.
Since Codebucket is having some kind of conflict, could it be APU conflicting with PCIe GPU?  I know zero about this, but perhaps at least testing with no GPU (if there is one in use).  Enjoy, John.

I would most certainly agree with you there and  the KISS principle should apply until  a stable system is achieved at the very least.
set up the system without any secondary graphics device first, then when happy it is stable and a set up you could go back to, in case of problems, then explore using  a PCIe GPU.
Will not be a magic cure all, but still just serve to muddy the waters!
Hare and Tortoise etc.

We have no extra gpu. We are planning to use the apu for some time. I can test the board with my gpu and a different stick of ram.

cubebucket, I don't think it is worth trying, I would suggest you look at all the devices in your BIOS/UEFI and see it your system 'thinks' there is some PCIe device.  If you have not yet, please start your ASRock support ticket.  Enjoy,  John.
