A new UEFI/BIOS update, version 2.40, has a fix for the message being displayed when it is not necessary, which also stops the PC from booting. You can find it here:

Hi, I'm running the extreme6 with 1 GTX 760. When I boot up I get the message to installthe psu's 4-pin power to the mobo but in the manual it says that that is only needed when more than 3 cards are installed. The boot will not continue and pressing del, f6 or f11 does nothing.
