i recently turn on the ultra fast boot on my UEFI and now i have problem openning UEFI.
i tried to do the method where you hold shift+restart button but it didn't get me into the UEFI, just restarting regularly, please help me how to disable the ultra fast boot and how to get into the UEFI again. thanks a lot

You have 2 options:

1. Clear CMOS using the clear CMOS jumper on your motherboard
2. Install ASRock's Restart to UEFI app from the ASRock App store or your product download page

Either will do the trick but the app will let you keep ultra fast boot enabled and still allow access to the UEFI when you use the app.
