Hi guys,

I recently purchased an Asrock AB350 Pro4 with the Rzen 5 1600 and I'm unable to get passed 2400 MHz on my ram. Ram is G.Skill Trident Z 3200 MHz CAS 14 2*8 16GB.

I tried updating my BIOS to 4.7 and also tried increasing my DRAM voltage to 1.4 and latencies by 1. Neither worked. Please let me know how I can go about this.

Thanks.

As far as I can determine that Kit should be comprised of Samsung b-die IC's.

Download the Freeware Thaiphoon Burner , install it, "Read' one of the sticks, select the apps "Screengrab', and post it here via a link.

.

In the meantime....

1. With the mem in slots A2 and B2, clear/reset the BIOS and boot into the BIOS
2. In the BIOS, under XMP choose the XMP Profile, BUT, then select 2667Mhz, Save and Exit the BIOS

Did they boot at 2667Mhz?
