Well the system is built and runs amazingly except for one issue. In Win 10 if I select restart I get no video on the boot, I have to actually kill power by holding down the power button to totally shut it off, the press the power button and it comes right back up. Any ideas?

I have the same problem with my ab350m pro4 and Ryzen 3 2200g CPU.
I also need to wait 10-15 second before turning pc on, because if I turn it on right after shutting it still shows no image.

Did you turn off HPET in bios? if so, turn it back on.

THAT fixed it. It was set to auto in BIOS, I set it to enabled and now this new build is working flawlessly. Thanks!
