Full system specs please, including RAM brand and model number, PSU model and connected devices.

We can't help you if we don't know what specs you have. You can see your system, we can't Wink

I do not see the Enermax heatsink part on the CPU, and I can see the motherboard mount holes where it should be attached....

That would prove problematic.

the "Flashing blue" is just the RGB lighting in its default state. You are missing CPU heatsink too. did you connect the power button to the correct spot? also sometimes if your power supply detects a short, it won't turn on the computer (only standby power is on). i had 2 different graphics cards that had shorts on the power area and computer refused to turn on. once i forced it to turn on, the graphics cards caught on fire

Hi,

Yes I has disconnected my Watercooling for exclude this error, but with or without it's the same ... nothing start. I has tried to juste connect the cpu fan but the same.

For the power button, i has tried all the possibility, use a screwdriver, and ... you know the result  ... nothing

I have tried to shunt the power button by connected a cable on my alimentation 16x PIN, and the fan of alimentation turn but nothing on the Motherboard ...

I refund her ...
