My motherboard model is AB350M, in UEFI settings there are 2 options regarding secure boot, one is disable and 2nd one is "Windows 8" (or Enable Win 8 secure boot).Does this mean that my motherboard doesn't support secure boot for Windows 10?

Asrock just hasn't changed the boilerplate language they've been using for that feature since the Windows 8 days. Secure Boot works with any version of Windows since 8.0 (so it'll work just fine with 8.1 and 10).

When I tried to enable it, I got a message saying that CSM should be disabled so I disabled CSM, enabled secure boot and after that I couldn't boot into my OS (UEFI was the default boot).I reverted the changes (enabled CSM) and managed to boot properly. If CSM needs to be disabled and I can't boot into the OS (while it's disabled) how am I supposed to enable secure boot?

Another thing, when CSM is enabled I can see my HDD in the boot options but when it's disabled that option disappears (I can't even set it manually).

Do you know if you have Windows installed in UEFI mode? If not , Secure Boot will not work. Secure Boot also requires your add-on hardware (graphics card, ethernet adapter, etc...) to have signed, UEFI-capable drivers. Almost any reasonably modern hardware does, but every once in a while you'll run into something older that doesn't support it. It's normal for the hard drive options to disappear without CSM enabled, you'll usually just see an option like "Windows Boot Manager".

For some reason my OS wasn't installed with GPT.Why did AsRock even leave CSM mode on by default...How do I install windows in UEFI mode?Do I just turn off CSM before installing it (and make a GPT bootable installation drive) or do I need to do it manually via CMD and diskpart?
