ASRock Z170 Rebate

I've just built a new computer with an ASRock Z170 Gaming K6 and it's been great though being a noob I didn't know that I needed to install Ethernet drivers to connect to the internet. I have a form to get a mail in $20 rebate but the form gives an internet address to complete the form online. Unfortunately the address doesn't work and I can't find directions to it on the ASRock site. Can anyone point me to it? Thanks.
