Z370 extreme 4 doesnt boot

First time It booted without hard Drive. Decime time It booted in Windows 10. I installed some bluetooth drivers for external bluetooth USB and rebooted and no more signal from any point, flashing lights appear when i hit the power Burton. Specs:

Z370 extreme 4
Crucial 8gb 2400mhz 1 stick
Gtx 1050ti
I5 8600k
And the bluetooth is a cbt200nano

This motherboard has got dual BIOS but o dont know how to boot from the 2nd one. Heeelp!
