I need some help, would appreciate anything. So, i have a Fatality x370 gaming 4 motherboard and a patriot viper 2666 frequency ddr4 kit [PVE432G2266C6KBL] for 2x16 (32 total) gb. Pc working well with one of memory units. When im installing both of them, it do not start at all. when im installing the second one only, it do not start at all. I was thinking, that the second unit of the kit is damaged, but when i tried both of them separately and together in another pc with a sh*tty 50$ motherboard, i found that ddr is perfectly fine. Any suggestions?

there is the chance the cheap motherboard is not performing enough pre boot checks to identify a defective stick, and your x370 is failing it on boot
try running memtest on the stick in question in the cheap mother board and find if it is indeed good or partially dud |

Hi Elijaa, just in case, I would like to share this, dual ram must be in slot A2 with B2, cannot be A1 nor B1.
While single ram can be in any slot. That's why you boot ok when run 1 only. Traditionally in DD3/DDR2 I think they were both in A1 and A2, but it's not fixed dead rule. Anyway, ASRock for Ryzen/DDR4 must be in A2 with B2.
