u can fix this inside windows
first make sure that write caching is enabled
u can find that in control panel -> device manager -> disk drivers -> your drive - options
Under Policies tab, make sure "write caching on the device" is enabled, there is no "optimize for quick removal" enabled. This is directly related with how Windows considers a drive being removable.

if this wont apply for you, u can try in registry
Quote

Step 1. Right-click the Start button in Windows 10. On the Power Users menu, choose Command Prompt (Admin) to open a command prompt with administrator privileges.
Step 2. In the command prompt window, type the following command in hit Enter: devmgmt.msc
Step 3. Under Disk Drives, identify the SATA device you would like the inbox driver to consider internal and open properties for this device by right-clicking and selecting Properties.
Step 4. Note the bus number from the properties overview.
Type the following command in the previously opened command prompt and hit Enter:

reg.exe add "HKLM\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\storahci\Parameters\Device" /f /v TreatAsInternalPort /t REG_MULTI_SZ /d x
Where x corresponds to the Bus Number you noted in step 4.

then reboot and u should be done

just a side note...powershell will work same way as command prompt

ok try this
first
download the amd chipset driver for b350 DIRECTLY FROM AMD SUPPORT
run install
now manually select update driver for ide/atapi drivers and browse pc for c drive amd drivers

it will change one of these devices from standard sata to amd sata then manually go to western digital and download install their driver

lastly dont be afraid to email western digi tech support and ask then wtf is going on
