Deskmini 110 dead?

	My mini won't respond to power button suddenly. I have checked power supply and it's putting out 19v, not dead. Can somebody tell me where to start? Is there a reset on MOBO? Help, man this is a big bummer...

	I fixed it by simple cmos reset, it became difficult to get to boot back to Win10, no boot device, eventually it booted. Wierd
