AB350M Pro4 HDMI no singal problem

   i have ryzen 5 2400g and as i say AB350M Pro4 i'm using vega 11 currently.every time i tried to connect with my HDMI port on motherboard i get no signal on my monitor but if i connect with VGA i can get signal on motherboards VGA also i don't have any external graphic cards i don't know why it is not connect with HDMI port on motherboard can someone help me?
