Please help BIOS update gone bad:(

   Hi everyone ...I think i just screwed up my AS Rock steel B450M by updating it with the new Bios # 10.30 2024/7/11 10.93MB     Optimize system settings.

I'm getting no screen but no beep alot of nice color leds but it's dead !

Or not ?....Please does anyone know what i can do .
