THE UEFIs WAS REMOVED FROM THE MOTHERBOARDS DOWNLOAD PAGE BECAUSE OF SOME MAJOR BUG CAUSING SOME OR ALL USB PORTS TO NOT FUNCTION AT ALL. DO NOT INSTALL AND WAIT FOR NEXT ONE 01/05/2018 UEFIs ARE BACK ONLINE FOR GLOBAL/CHINA SERVERS, INSTALL AT OWN RISK 01/05/2018 AGESA 1.0.0.3b is listed for many B350/A320 motherboards, no official release for this AGESA from AMD or any changelog, it might be a naming error by ASRock or a rushed code by AMD strictly for ASRock. AGAIN INSTALL AT OWN RISK, THERE IS NO OFFICIAL SUPPORT HERE FROM ASRock IN CASE OF BRICKED/DAMAGED BOARDS, THIS IS ONLY A USER FORUM Edited by cristy6100 - 01 May 2018 at 5:48pm |

Well it has a serious problem, 4 of the USB ports dont work, and give "Power Surge error in Windows" only the 2 USB 2.0 ports and front panel USB 3.0 ports work, the 4 middle ports on the back stopped working completely both in UEFI and Windows. Besides the throttling fix, all bugs listed in the bellow threads still apply to this version, all of them except the throttling bug:
http://forum.asrock.com/forum_posts.asp?TID=8075&KW=&title=fatality-x370-itx-ac-bios-l451-very-buggy and here: http://forum.asrock.com/forum_posts.asp?TID=8166&KW=&title=yet-another-uefi-bug-with-ab350-x370-itx-ac here also: http://forum.asrock.com/forum_posts.asp?TID=8184&KW=&title=warning-to-users-with-older-video-cards And lastly: http://forum.asrock.com/forum_posts.asp?TID=8254&KW=&title=loud-pop-from-left-channel-when-poweron-reboot I can live without the 4 USB plugs for the moment but I think I will still downgrade and wait for a more stable one. Cheers

I took it directly from ASRock China, not from the website, it the UEFI that "JZ Electronics" the ASRock partner said it has issues, but I tested it anyway... I can say the throttle bug was fixed but all bugs listed in my above post still remain and now the 4 USB 3.0 provided by the CPU are not working at all, I disabled them in UEFI and it stopped the non stop windows error, I can say they did not f*** anything else up, my memory works at 3200MHz as before, so its a step forward at least...
EDIT1: I could go for 3333MHz on the memory with 1.4V did not test stability yet, but here is a Aida64 cache and mem benchmark with the memory @ 3333MHz, for comparison purposes: Cheers

After reading the bugs you've posted, I'm fairly convinced that your problems were not caused by ASRock. It sounds like your power supply is faulty, which would cause all the problems you've reported and then some. It also sounds like you've pushed the voltage a bit high on things as well, which is not good. |
