Well it has a serious problem, 4 of the USB ports dont work, and give "Power Surge error in Windows" only the 2 USB 2.0 ports and front panel USB 3.0 ports work, the 4 middle ports on the back stopped working completely both in UEFI and Windows. Besides the throttling fix, all bugs listed in the bellow threads still apply to this version, all of them except the throttling bug:

THE UEFIs WAS REMOVED FROM THE MOTHERBOARDS DOWNLOAD PAGE BECAUSE OF SOME MAJOR BUG CAUSING SOME OR ALL USB PORTS TO NOT FUNCTION AT ALL. DO NOT INSTALL AND WAIT FOR NEXT ONE 01/05/2018 UEFIs ARE BACK ONLINE FOR GLOBAL/CHINA SERVERS, INSTALL AT OWN RISK 01/05/2018 AGESA 1.0.0.3b is listed for many B350/A320 motherboards, no official release for this AGESA from AMD or any changelog, it might be a naming error by ASRock or a rushed code by AMD strictly for ASRock.
