I tried to start up the system but it did not boot - black screen (I used DDR4 in slot #2 (A2) and #4(B2). I remove one and it worked. Then I had tested it with different layouts. A1 or A2 (slot #1 or #2) never worked. Single B1 or single B2 or together B1+B2 works. Even in that case the memory is being recongized falsly as 2333 MHz (or 2111 dont remember). I have 2 pc. of Corsair Vengeance LPX 8gb x2 3000MHz CMK16GX4M2C3000C16. I had updated the bios to latest one.
Should I just change the memory for another one (I can return it to the shop) or is there a way to fix it? Or the problem is not related to the memory?

first of all what memory are you guys using (with exact model)  go here https://www.asrock.com/MB/Intel/Z370%20Extreme4/index.asp#Support ; then click on memory QVL see if your memory is listed there. if it is. when you guys are enabling xmp and its not posting it's because the VCCIO and VCCSA voltages are too low for that type of memory, and you would need to up the voltage. VCCIO is at 0.950 you can take it to 1.100 or even 1.150. the VCCSA take it to 1.100 and you should be good.
