feel free to try with csm enabled/disabled
otherwise screen can get corrupted in uefi if your ram has errors |

I too have this on my X370 ITX/ac it looks like part of the picture has been displaced no the right and bottom side, but just in the F11 boot screen, I think it started after a UEFI update (I think 3.60 or something in the 4.xx range)
