Asrock Z87 Extreme 4

I built a new PC about a year back with Asrock Z87 Extreme 4/i7-4770/gskill-2x4gb 1600-ddr3 ram & installed Win-7 ultimate-x64. My work does not require PC with such configuration excepting occasional Video encoding, it didn't show any problems. Recently I found that system refuses to be in a sleep mode more than 15/20 minutes & automatically starts. Is it a problem with Win-7/64/Ult or from motherboard? I am not a computer professional, so I request my forum brothers to reply in a simple manner so that a novice like me can understand & take action accordingly.
I have also some question about this Asrock MB
i)  Does it  have a built in-Wi-Fi  or Bluetooth as commonly found even in cheaper laptops ? If yes, how to configure the same. 
ii) Can I install 32-bit Win XP in this machine specifically for using my old Flatbed UMAX  scanner which cannot run in Win-7 (32 or 64 bit) in absence of drivers.
