The blue on both the rgb strips and spire cooler seems as if it's "stuck", like when I choose for all colors to zero the blue LEDs stay on and when I choose either red or green only to be on, I get cyan or purple. I tried redownloading the ASRock software, doing the cmd prompt, and switching the led connectors with no luck.
Surprisingly, when I do switching the led connectors the blue LEDs remain off regardless of software input... Btw motherboard is ab350 pro4 |

Yes and I also updated bios from 4.6 to 4.7 with no luck. I narrowed my problem concerning the "blue" part of the header either being damaged or faulty.
