So finally got my 3466 to behave properly (CB score of 3525 with core at 4050MHz). Can someone explain how to post an image in one of these posts on this forum? Every time I try, it won't post, and I hate using imgur. It's much easier attaching a copy of Ryzen Timing Checker.

Tried 3.20, and my on Mboard m.2 Sata Raid0 array was offline. Maybe backup / delete / re-create / restore would help, but have not done so today. Any progress by someone would be of great interest to me. Could not test my nvme raid0 arrary (Ultra Quad), as I could not even boot back into Bios with nvme raid enabled, I believe.

Thanks,

Bryan

So, I got 3600 fairly stable without a core overclock, but by the time I got the 4050 set, I couldn't stabilize it. Plan on attempting later. But, that time, I saw it hit around 3500, so it seems that although my ram is reading stable with 3466, I will need to change something to get the scores back up.

To get 3600 stable on stock core clocks, I had to set 0 on AddrCmd while setting 1 on both CsODT and CKE for the CAD_BUS timings.

3.20 is no good. At 3466, I am seeing the same score in CB15 as if running stock 2133. I saw this in the last one as well, where 3466 would have my score in CB15 around 3515, still down from my regular, but fine. But, even though I didn't get 3600 or 3733 stable, AIDA64 reads the bandwidth going up, but 3600 or 3733, even expecting error so erroneous scores, it goes right back to stock scores of around 3300 (Core at 4050).

I did 3466, which seemed stable, no errors in any cursory testing with HCI or with TM5, and the CB15 score was the same as stock, even though AIDA64 read bandwidth of 100 or 101GBps. So something is NOT right with this one. So I'm not sure what they did, but things changed. I also saw that when I go to manual for the SOC, it is at level 1 now. I move it to level 2, but that was a change I noticed. I also have to go up one more tick on the core voltage even using level 2 to get my 4050 OC stable.

But, cursory looks at the BIOS.

Edit: So, after talking to another user, I'll need to test a couple things to confirm what is going on, because he did not see the same behavior.

But what timings?

.

So, these are still stable according to HCI and what I was using before this BIOS and with this BIOS:

3466

CL14
RCDWR 14
RCDRD 15
RP 14
RAS 28
RC42
RRDS 5
RRDL 6
FAW 24
WTRS 4
WTRL 12
WR 12
RDRD SCL 2
WRWR SCL 2
tRFC Auto (going to 606)
CWL 14
RTP 8
RDWR 6
WRRD 3
WRWRSC 1
WRWRSD 7
WRWRDD 7
RDRDSC 1
RDRDSD 5
RDRDDD 5
CKE 1

ProcODT 53.33

RTT NOM off
RTT WR dynamic off
RTT Park /4

CAD_BUS DRV all set to 20

CLDO auto

SOC 1.025
DRAM 1.4

channel interleaving 512 with hash enabled

Still getting the 3300 score in CB15, still looking for what happened or if it is something on my end.

Are you setting specific ProcODT values and RttNom - RttWr - RttPark values or just straight XMP with timing adjustments??????

What about SOC volts, left on auto or specific volts???

It started at 3.0 and I really like that the profiles stay saved after the flash.
