Is it possible to mount a liquid cooler (NZXT Kraken,Enermax Liqfusion,etc..) on this motherboard?

Any cooler designed for socket 1155 should fit as long as it's width does not extend past the mount holes. Examples: Enermax Liqmax II 240 or any NZXT Kraken X should fit.
If you look at the board (or picture on Asrock website) and compare the water cooler part that fits on the CPU you will see what I mean.

You should be able to use CPU_FAN1 for the pump and the Chassis fan connectors for the radiator.
The documentation that comes with the pump should tell which connectors to use.
