Greetings! I'm
having an issue with the RGB headers with my motherboard. I bought it
back in December but only within the last week used it in a PC build. Since
finishing the build, I have flashed the bios with the most recent
version (4.70), installed the latest RGB software from the Asrock APP
Shop, uninstalled it, reinstalled it, made sure the RGB cables are oriented in the correct direction, and used the Asrock utility to download all the latest drivers for this motherboard. I have also confirmed that the RGB LEDs themselves work properly by plugging in the stand alone LED controller that came with my cool master CPU cooler. The LEDs function properly using the controller and sync as expected. Are
there any more steps I should take? I'd be very grateful for any advice
or assistance in solving this issue. While the performance of my
motherboard is otherwise perfect, its only this little issue that is
keeping this from being a perfect build. Thanks, Charles Edited by Charlesofstate - 26 May 2018 at 11:50pm |
