USB and beebox switched off

   Hi... I've plugged a USB fan external to Beebox to prevent the high heating of SATA disks...

Now i want that the Beebox don't power the USB port when i switch off it... In BIOS i found the s5 voice but it doesn't take effect and the fan continue to turn...
ERP voice is not present...

Can asrock help me?
I want that not power is given to USB ports when i switch off it.

PS: when will you release power gear app for windows in app shop?
