X370 Professional Gaming - Slots PCI-e 1x problems

I have a problem with my pci-and 1x slots that do not work at all with my Audigy 5 RX ... I had to put it in the x16 slot for it to work .. Is it a faulty motherboard?

- I already installed all the versions of Windows 10 that I had here (GPT mode, MBR and everything else) and NOTHING
- 4 BIOS versions, including BETA and NOTHING
- I unplugged all my SATA and left only the Windows drive and NOTHING
- With AMD driver installed before or after and NOTHING
- Disabling onboard sound in BIOS and enabled and NOTHING
- CSM mode and without CMS and NOTHING
- With Ryzen 1600 and Ryzen 2700 and NOTHING
- With 1 memory comb or all and NOTHING
- Installation mode UEFI or Legacy and NOTHING
- Windows Normal or LTSB and NOTHING
- Pci Slot 4 or 1 and NOTHING

I installed Audigy on PCI-e x16 and it works normally ... Could it be some IRQ problem or the PCI-e slots are shared with something else on the board that is conflicting with my sound card.

Yes, I know that Audigy RX does not have official support for Windows 10, but I was able to install with unofficial drivers and it worked normally on my AB350 Pro4
