X99 Taichi Ram slots

   I just installed a X99 taichi mother board and got extra 16GB of ram so i would be running at 32 Gb im runnig it along with a CPU Type
Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-5820K CPU @ 3.30GHz, and a coller master 1200 wats psu,but it wont activate slots c1,d1 and c2,d2 slots what ever i d, if i do,its set up as a quad system with 4 by 4gb sets and even if i take out four and move 2X 4gb to c and d part it says i only have 8gb installed, byt in bios system monitore i can se the blocks installed by name but they are not active ??????

someone any ideas
